Step two

After experiencing your space and discussing your ideas in detail, we enter the key decision phase. Together, we determine whether we are the right fit and move forward with the project.

Step three

We are not just a carpentry workshop, we are also a design studio. All planning and design are completed in-house under one roof, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the entire process.

Every successful project begins with detailed planning. That’s why we use professional 3D CAD software to transform your vision into a realistic 3D model. This allows you to see exactly what you will receive before the project begins , no guesswork, only clear and accurate planning.

The design stage is the most important part of the process. First, we agree on the final design to avoid any misunderstandings about the finished product. At the same time, we create detailed technical drawings that specify every measurement down to the millimeter.

From these plans, we generate a precise cut list that tells us exactly how much material is required. This ensures we order the right amount , not too much, so you don’t pay for unnecessary materials, and not too little, which will cause delays.

For the design proposal, we charge a fixed fee depending on the size and complexity of the project. This fee must be paid before we begin the design process. Once the payment is received, we start working on your custom 3D design.

*Please note: The design includes a 3D model only. If you want to receive a complete building plan with detailed measurements is available as a separate product and will be priced separately.

Step four

After finishing your design, we will review it together. This can be done by email, WhatsApp, or in person.

The design proposal fee includes two revisions. If you would like to make additional changes after that, an extra fee will be charged based on the additional work required.

Once we agree on the final design, we can prepare the final quoted price. At this stage, we know exactly what you want, which allows us to calculate the costs accurately.

Step five

Now everything starts to take shape. If you agree to our quote, it’s time to turn plans into reality.

We begin the project after receiving a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job.

The paper drawing from the client

This is how the design proposal process works. We start with a simple sketch based on your vision for the project. I visit the site, take precise measurements, discuss materials and details with you, and create a complete 3D design. This allows me to prepare an accurate quote and ensure that everything is carefully planned before the build begins. The design fee varies depending on the size of the project and covers all planning and design work.
